The rules for using this website. If you are a client, your signed agreement controls.
1. Agreement to these terms
This website is operated by MB Taylor Holdings LLC, a Utah limited liability company doing business as Main Street Leads. By using this site or booking a call with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is
This site describes our lead generation services for home-service contractors and lets you book an introductory call. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer that becomes binding just because you read it, and nothing on it is legal, financial, or tax advice.
3. Booking a call
The introductory call is free and carries no obligation. When you book, you agree to give accurate information and you understand we will use it to prepare for and hold the call, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may reschedule or decline a call at our discretion.
4. Client services are governed by a separate agreement
If you become a client, the written Client Services Agreement you sign governs that relationship — scope, pricing, billing, term, and ownership of campaign assets. Where these website terms and a signed Client Services Agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls. Nothing on this website changes, adds to, or overrides what you signed.
5. No guarantee of results
Any figures, examples, ranges, or case descriptions on this site are illustrations, not promises. Results depend on your trade, your market, your pricing, your close rate, how quickly you answer the phone, and factors outside anyone's control. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, appointments, closed jobs, revenue, or return on spend. Specific commitments, if any, appear only in a signed Client Services Agreement.
6. Text messages
We send text messages only to people who have affirmatively opted in. Consent is optional and is never a condition of booking a call or of purchasing anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See Section 4 of our Privacy Policy for the full terms, including our commitment that mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access to any system, to scrape or harvest it by automated means without our written permission, or to misrepresent who you are.
8. Our intellectual property
The content, design, copy, graphics, and marks on this site belong to us and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.
9. Third-party links and services
This site links to and embeds third-party services, including our scheduling provider. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what happens on their systems.
10. Disclaimers
This site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunity, arising out of your use of this website — even if we were advised such damages were possible. Our total liability arising out of this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not govern client engagements, which are covered by the signed Client Services Agreement.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MB Taylor Holdings LLC, its members, and its personnel from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of this site or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.
13. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davis County, Utah, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with the effective date shown above, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
