Plain-language explanation of what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to make us stop.

Effective September 4, 2026

1. Who we are

Main Street Leads is a trade name of MB Taylor Holdings LLC, a Utah limited liability company. We generate and deliver customer leads and booked appointments for home-service contractors.

Postal address: 1555 Cherry Blossom Drive, Farmington, UT 84025
Email: michael@mainstreetleads.com

In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean MB Taylor Holdings LLC doing business as Main Street Leads. “You” means anyone who visits this website, books a call with us, or otherwise gives us their information.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

  • When you book a call: your name, email address, mobile phone number, business website, and anything you type into the notes field.
  • When you become a client: business details, service areas, job types and pricing, and the operational information needed to run your campaigns.
  • When you contact us: whatever you include in your email or message.

Information we collect automatically

  • Standard web-server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you viewed.

Business contact information from public sources

For outreach to prospective clients, we collect publicly available business contact information — company name, business address, business phone, business email, and public business listings. This is business-to-business information about companies, not personal consumer profiles. If you would rather we did not hold your business information, email us and we will remove it.

3. How we use information

  • To schedule, prepare for, hold, and follow up on the call you booked.
  • To provide our services, run campaigns, and deliver leads and appointments to clients.
  • To bill clients and keep financial records.
  • To send service messages about your account, your campaigns, or a scheduled call.
  • To improve the website and our services.
  • To comply with law and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4. Text messages and your consent

We will not text you unless you ask us to. When you book a call, the SMS consent checkbox is optional and is unchecked by default. Ticking it is not a condition of booking a call or of receiving anything from us. If you leave it unchecked, we will not send you text messages.

If you do opt in, here is what that means:

  • What we send: messages about your consultation, including appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and follow-up about your inquiry.
  • How often: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
  • Stopping: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further.
  • Help: reply HELP for assistance, or email michael@mainstreetleads.com.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared or sold. Mobile information and text-messaging consent will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf — for example, the messaging platform that actually delivers the message — is permitted solely so that we can send you the messages you asked for. Those providers may not use your mobile information for their own marketing. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that run parts of our operation for us — scheduling, customer relationship management, messaging and email delivery, payment processing, advertising platforms, and website hosting. They may use your information only to perform work for us.
  • Clients, where that is the point. If you are a consumer who submitted an inquiry through a campaign we run for a contractor, we pass your inquiry to that contractor so they can contact you about the work you asked about. That is the service you requested.
  • Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

The mobile opt-in exception in Section 4 applies regardless of anything in this section.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technology to keep the site working and to understand how it is used in aggregate. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. The site works without them, though some conveniences may not.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, and then as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping. Records of text-messaging consent and opt-out are kept for as long as we are required to be able to demonstrate them.

8. Your choices and your rights

  • Text messages: reply STOP, or email us.
  • Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any message, or email us.
  • Access, correction, deletion: email michael@mainstreetleads.com and tell us what you want. We will respond within the time the law allows.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we hold, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website and our services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the updated version here and change the effective date at the top. Material changes to how we handle text-messaging consent will not be applied retroactively to consent already given.
